For the bill-back FedEx program, use preprinted billable labels or go to Fedex.com to make your own shipping label.  Mark bill recipient. Preprinted forms are available from our lab. Prices are for 1lb Standard Overnight service. Packages only with origin inside the United States.

Use proper packaging and follow shipper’s recommendations including:

  1. Do not place tubes with whole blood in direct contact with cold paks.
  2. Do not use an excessive number of cold paks.
  3. Pack your samples with an absorbent material in case of breakage or spillage.
  4. Pack your samples with a protective covering – slide box, Styrofoam box, or cardboard box.
  5. Remember to include your lab paperwork.
  6. Complete your Express shipping form correctly.
